1. Three-page (typed single-spaced) of proposed papers should be submitted for the final selection process.

2. Submit abstracts by email to the Director of Paper Review Committee Dr. Chien-Ho Chen (cchen341@mail1.ntcn.edu.tw、cchen341@ntcn.edu.tw、conference@tht.edu.tw).

3. Deadline for submitting abstracts is April 15, 2006 .

4. Paper Review Committee will conduct a refereed screening of abstracts. Authors of accepted abstracts will be asked to submit completed papers before May 20, 2006 .

5. Once the paper is accepted, at least one of the authors must register for and present the paper at the conference.
