Registration of the 12th APTA and 4th APacCHRIE joint conference will be categorized into the following four types in order to prevent unnecessary confusion for APTA, APacCHRIE, and nonmember registration. Student registration follows a separated rate. |

Those who choose Type A or Type D registration option will become a APTA member automatically and 4 issues of APJTR will be provided along with the full benefit of APTA member for the next fiscal year (Sep. 1, 2006 - Aug. 31, 2007). |

In principle, one registration covers
only one paper. At least one author for each accepted paper must
complete the conference registration by May 31st, 2006.
Author Registration is not applied to the Student
Registration. |

CANCELLATION POLICY

| If cancelled before May 31, 2006, a refund will be made less USD $ 100 administrative charge. Notice of cancellation must be received in written form. No refund after May 31, 2006. |
